The resort is the most recent addition to Grand Crowne and is located just three blocks south of Branson's famous entertainment district. Members must inform the Surrey Vacation Club by phone (1-877-778-7739) that they wish to bank Points into the Next Use Year prior to members' banking deadline.
Members may bank points (up to 100% of their points) with at least (4) months prior notice before their Use Year End Date if they are current with respective payments of all Club Assessments.
Banked Points may be shared with another Club Member for use if all nights of the shared reservation fall within the other Member’s Use Year.
Each member is entitled to one banking transaction per Use Year, and there is currently no fee for banking Points.
If a Member wishes to make a reservation that requires more Points than they have available in the current Use Year, they may “borrow” up to 100% of their regularly allotted Points from the Next Use Year.
Borrowed Vacation Points have a (60) sixty day reservation lead time prior to the last night of a reservation.
To borrow Points, all current Use Year Points must be completely used, banked, or applied to a reservation.
Members cannot borrow Points previously banked into the Next Use Year and Maintenance Fees must be paid for the Use Year from which the points are being borrowed.
Members may only borrow Points when making a reservation.
Members may have unlimited borrowing transactions within a Use Year, subject to the 100% limit, and there is currently no fee for borrowing Points.
For canceled reservations using borrowed Points, the number of borrowed Points refunded under the cancellation policy will return to the originally allotted Use Year.
Members may not borrow Points for use towards another Member’s reservation. Once you borrow vacation points from your Next Use Year, you will not be able to access your ARP (Advanced Reservation Period) for the upcoming year.
Borrowed points can only be used for reservation(s) or exchanges made less than sixty days prior to the last night of your travel dates.
Members may “rent” additional Points from Surrey Vacation Club on a space available basis if they have used all their current Use Year Points.
There are two (2) types of Rental Reservations:
1. Balance Rental- Members may rent additional Points to complete the balance of the last night of a reservation up to twelve (12) months prior to the travel date IF there is at least one (1) point available in the current Use Year to allocate towards that last night of the travel date. One balance rental transaction is allowed per Use Year.
2. Standard Rental- Allows Member to rent Points needed for an entire reservation. Standard Rentals may only be reserved within sixty (60) days of the last night of the reservation, and there is an unlimited number of standard rentals allowed within a Use Year.
Fees for Rental Points are based upon multiplying the number of Rented Points by the "per point rate" for the applicable accommodations. Current rate is $4.00 per 1000 points 9 or $.004 per point).
Changes to Point Rental Rate will be posted annually by December 1st and will go into effect the following fiscal year
About Closing: Upon auctions end, you will receive an email requesting the following information: name(s), address, daytime phone, email address, and payment method for preparation of contract. To expedite the opening of escrow, please provide this information to me at your earliest convenience. Upon receipt of this required information, you will receive a contract for resale from us via email within one business day. If you do not receive this contract, please email or call me at 407-447-2701. Closing and escrow to be handled with Timeshare Closing Services, Inc., a licensed, bonded, and fully insured Escrow & Title company of Orlando, FL. Funds will be held in escrow until title has been transferred, offering you the buyer 100% protection of title and your funds.
