Here is your chance to own RCI Points! This RCI package consists of 26,500 Biennial (odd year) POINTS. Your Points are transferred to you as a perpetual deeded ownership (never expires!) at Plantation Resort Villas, an RCI Gold Crown Resort, located in Surfside Beach, SC. This deeded ownership is for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath Unit (deeded as unit H1, week 6), meaning you can use that week every odd year in a Two Bedroom, Two Bath unit at Plantation Resort Villas, if you choose to, without paying an RCI exchange fee; or you have the option to use the 26,500 points at any other time and resort. Usage starts in 2009 with 53,000 points for the new owner. Maintenance fees are paid on use years only (every odd year) in the amount of $570. Taxes are included. The 2007 maintenance fees and taxes have been paid in full. The new owner will be responsible for fees starting in 2009. Your points will be issued to you on the first day of your Effective Month of every odd year (The effective month is determined by the date the RCI Points account is transferred to you, usually 1 month after purchase). You can borrow points from the upcoming year. You can roll over your points for up to Two years. This is a NO RESERVE auction and will be sold to the highest bidder.

You may always borrow points from the following year in order to accomodate a larger unit or a higher rated resort. You have up to two years to combine or use your points at any Gold Crown or Resort of International Distinction rated resorts. You may reserve any week at any RCI affiliated points resort. Reservations are first come, first serve. YES, THESE POINTS WILL TRANSFER!! RCI charges $39 for one night, $59 for two nights, $79 for three nights, $89 for four nights, $99 for five nights, $109 for six nights and $124 for seven nights. Your annual RCI points membership dues are $124 paid to RCI. If you choose not to participate in the points program, you may cancel your membership and this ownership will convert back to the deeded ownership at the home resort. If you don't like to plan but enjoy being spontaneous, you can use 9,000 or less RCI points to book a seven day vacation at any of your favorite resorts within a 45 day reservation prior to arrival and a small RCI exchange fee. Please remember reservations are first come, first serve.
